The peak organisation Philippine Communities Council of NSW gave a thanksgiving party to affiliates and volunteers during the recent Philippine Christmas Festival held in Darling Harbour at a gathering at Marayong Community Centre in Marayong, NSW.
In hot West Sydney afternoon, PCC officials led a throng of affiliate association officials, guests and volunteers to the the recent Philippine Christmas Festival with Blacktown Councilor Mrs Linda Santos congratulating the gathering for the continued unity and community advocacy.
PCC officers, affiliate officials and a retinue of performers entertained the gathering including a number of group games which bonded personalities who seldom meet in one gathering.
PCC officials which led the retinue of volunteers during the festival once again marshalled the participation of volunteers, these time in frolicking party games with plenty of surprises.
The gathering was not even hindered by lack of a well tuned up sound system for use by invited singers. Nonetheless the spirit of Christmas celebration reigned throughout the gathering.
Emcees were Miss Lilian delos Reyes, Rod Dingle and Alric Bulseco.
