The Philippine Consulate General in Sydney, in coordination with the Philippine Australian Sports and Culture Inc., will conduct a Consular Outreach Mission during the Sydney Fiesta Kultura 2016 on Monday, 3 October 2016, from 10:00am to 4:00 p.m. at the Fairfield Showground, Fairfield, NSW.
During the outreach mission, applications for the following consular documents will be accepted:
• ePassport; • Notarials/Authentication; • Dual Citizenship; • Civil Registry – Report of Birth, Report of Marriage; and • NBI Clearance.

Applicants are advised to send (via e-mail at communications@philippineconsulate.com.au or through fax no. 02962 7355) their forms and documentary requirements to the Consulate in advance or before 20 September 2016.
This will enable the Consular Team to assess whether the submitted documents are complete and so that applicants can be advised beforehand of any additional document that they must present during the outreach mission.
