One of our employers Nutrisoy have approached us about finding suitable candidates who would be willing to work in the food manufacturing industry. They have a range of roles available including:
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT – Heavy lifting, using crates to carry products to different stations in the soy production line ; Working across teams in the production of soy products ; Ensuring quality protocols, checks, and procedures are recorded and followed ; Reliable and punctual Ability to work and learn on the job ; Desirable: previous experience working in the food or food manufacturing industry; Must have had one dose of COVID vaccine and be able to provide evidence ; Be willing to undertake and provide evidence of COVID test results every 10 days
Eligibility criteria: Has full work rights (preferably PR but flexible)
Available to work Monday – Friday between 4:00pm-2:00am (some overtime may be required) ; Must have conversational English basic literacy to read and write; Must not be colour blind ; Has a drivers license and vehicle to get to from/work (no public transport options nearby); Must have had one dose of COVID vaccine and be able to provide evidence

The role of CSWs is to improve the health of culturally and linguistically diverse communities through tasks such as assisting at COVID-19 vaccination centres, developing multilingual resources and participating in ethnic media activities, among other responsibilities.
