It is alleged Vatthana CHOUNLAMOUNTRY was involved in the death of a man in St Albans in May 2014.
CHOUNLAMOUNTRY may be driving a black 2008 Mazda CX7 wagon with registration – WUA 161.
A warrant for his arrest has been issued.
