JMA Entertainment, one of the biggest and best performing arts schools in Australia, will be opening its doors to Filipino talent across the country.
Famous for creating and developing home grown talent, JMA has a reputation of producing superstars including Justice Crew, Ylona Garcia, Beatz, model Sarah Ellen, social media star Liam Ferrari, Paris Inc, Little Miss and Jai Waetford.
Maurice June, the creative director behind the company, will be inviting kids and teens of all ages when they re-open their brand-new studio in Parramatta next month.
“We are looking for kids that want to learn music, dance and social media. Our family culture would allow kids to thrive in our system. We are building an exciting new program that would give our students an opportunity to not only learn foundation and technique, but also create content for their respective social media platforms,” said June.
He added, “Our goal is to provide a great learning environment for our future students. We believe Filipinos are naturally talented but they need to right environment to encourage growth and build their confidence and self-esteem. Some of our best talents come from Filipino roots, including Ylona Garcia, Sarah Ellen and Emmanuel Rodriguez, John and Lenny Pearce from Justice Crew.”
JMA will be the first-ever performing arts school in Australia to integrate social edia into its educational program. Their extensive network of American music celebrities and YouTube sensations would allow JMA to create the next generation of Hollywood-bound Australian stars.
