In March 2013, Hip Hop International Australia will hold the HHI Australian Hip Hop Dance Competition, one of the biggest street dance competitions in the country.
There will be two exclusive hip hop dance qualifiers competitions, one scheduled in Sydney at the Blacktown Leisure Centre in Stanhope on March 30 and another in Brisbane at the Clem Jones Centre Carina on April 7, said hip hop impresario and youth event convenor Marco Selorio.
“The winning teams will get a rare opportunity to represent Australia in the World Hip Hop Dance Championship in Las Vegas, USA in August 6-11,” said Selorio.
“Over two thousand of the world’s best dancers will come together as forty nations try to capture the sought after world titles and international bragging rights,” Selorio said.
Australia will go up against hundreds of best dance crews from across the globe, including defending World Champions The Crew (Philippines).
